Doc’s Cellar Dry Irish Stout is the classic Irish-style black beer excellent for any occasion. A perfect balance between dark roast flavors and aromas of coffee and cocoa. The mouthfeel is simultaneously dry and creamy. Yeast is not included with the kit, but a variety of recommended yeasts are listed below.

- 12 oz. Roast Barley (steep)
- 8 oz. Flaked Barley (steep)
- 5 oz. Dextrose (for bottling)
- 2 oz. East Kent Goldings (60 minutes)

- ENGLISH ale yeast
- WLP004 Irish Ale
- Or WLP005 British Ale
- Or Nottingham
