Doc's Wheat Ale / Hefeweizen kit
Depending on which yeast you choose, Doc’s Cellar Wheat Ale/Hefeweizen kit will make a remarkably different beer. Both are styles are easy drinking and refreshing beers. The Wheat Ale uses American yeast and is more hop forward and has a malty sweetness. The Hefeweizen uses a German yeast and has strong clove and banana aromas and flavors.

INGREDIENTS:
- 5 lbs. Wheat Dried Malt Extract (boil)
- 5 oz. Dextrose (for boil)
- 5 oz. Dextrose (for bottling)
- For Wheat Ale: 1 oz. Cascade (60 minutes)
- For Hefeweizen: 0.5 oz. Cascade (60 minutes)
YEAST:
- CALI ale yeast (for the Wheat Ale)
- Safbrew WB-06 (for the Hefeweizen)
