Oxidation protection and mouthfeel enhancement for white wine, rose wine, red wine, fruit wine, cider and mead.  FT Blanc Soft enhances texture with a perception of sweetness on the palate.  It also can contribute to minerality in wines.  Add either before fermentation or during aging.  Mix thoroughly.  Add 3+ weeks before bottling.  Use 0.2-0.6 grams/gallon.
