Bentonite
Bentonite is a clay with negatively charged particles used as a fining agent in wine.  Used for the removal of unstable proteins in wine and juice.  Rehydrate with hot water to create a slurry and mix thoroughly in wine/juice.  Works best when wine/juice is cold.
