Oat Malt
Oat Malt gives smoothness and body to darker beers and is particularly good in stouts.  Also great for Hazy IPAs, Belgian Wits and Porters.  It improves mouthfeel and introduces notes of a toasted, biscuity aroma and palate.  Although this is a malted grain, it is low in enzymes.  It is recommended to mix with barley malt to get full extraction.
